Staff study only the topics they missed, plus a compulsory incident-reporting core — no hour-long courses to cover one gap.
Focused micro-lessons
Short, practical lessons written for everyday work: what to notice, what to do, and what to report.
Independent final checks
Every result is graded and recalculated on the server before anything is issued.
Verifiable certificates
A signed credential link and PDF certificate, valid for one year, that anyone can verify without an account.
